Hello,
I have WhatsApp installed on my pc, downloaded from official webpage, not the windows store.
I can create voice messages without any problem.
When I try to make call to WhatsApp mobile (Android or iOS):
- I don't hear the call ring;
- when the other person pics up I get a pop-up telling me that my WhatsApp cant use my microphone and the person get an information telling that I muted the call;
I tried uninstall/install WhatsApp and Synapse 3, but the problem remains.
This only happens when I have Synapse 3 installed, I tried making a call without installing Synapse 3 and it works correctly.
The headset works with Discord without any problems even with Synapse installed.
My O.S is Windows 10 Pro 20H2.
Got any tips/solutions?

This could be an app conflict. But do check your Privacy Settings and make sure that the app has permission to access the mic. I also highly recommend that you go into Sound Control Panel>Advanced Sound Options>App Volume and Device Preferences. From there, check if WhatsApp is using the correct devices. Let me know if you need further assistance.
