Nari Firmware Updater Issue

Hello, I was trying to update the firmware of my Razer Nari Ultimate, but I am facing that issue where the updater detects the dongle but not the headset, even if it was connected to the PC. Does someone else face the same issue? And if you manage to fix it, how you did it? Thank you.

Nope but mine keeps disconnecting then telling me it's out of battery when it's full charge...

Yes, I am having the same problem. I can't get the firmware updater to move past plugging in my wireless transceiver. I tried on a different computer that has never had the headphones installed too - same issue.

Having the exact same problem here. All the Razer apps are shut down, launch the updater, plug in the dongle, and then nothing. Have also done a dongle recovery multiple times but still no change. Hope someone has some insight into the issue!

.... got the same issue with an older 1.4 firmware.... Might be something with windows or similar?! Regards

I think that could be likely. I have the same issue trying to update my Mamba as well.

I was told by support the Nari firmware on the following page (https://support.razer.com/articles/1663355991) only applies to the specific "Razer Nari" model and does not apply to the "Nari Ultimate". This is why the updater isn't detecting the dongle etc. The same with my Mamba updater. Mine is the older Mamba (2016) and the firmware is for the latest edition.

That might be a fair explanation, but where do I find the firmware for nari ultimate then, cuz serching for it on the site didn't work.
Where's the respawn?

Same here.. Stuck with no working mic.. No response from Razer.... :(

Has anyone found a solution for this yet? My headset just keeps disconnecting and the updater doesn't recognize anything

So if I understand correctly there is no firmware update for the nari ultimate at the moment....?
