Nari isn't recognized by Windows

I just got a brand new Nari and it doesn't show up as Nari - Chat. Under the sound settings I get two devices:
Speakers
THX Spacial Synapse

Internal AUX Jack
THX Spacial Synapse

I THINK they appeared after I plugged in the dongle. The most recent date on the Synapse properties>>Details are today.

I've tried every possible configuration of them as default devices, default communication devices.

I registered the device on the website, but it's not showing up in the Synapse app. I've also check for updates for Synapse.

Under the Windows Settings for "Bluetooth and Other Devices" is shows Razor Nari - Driver unavailable.

I've restarted the computer several times at different stages.
I've run the firmware update and it seems to see the device and reports it's up to date.
I've run Driver Restore tool.

Headphones are fully charged. Please see screenshots:

Oh what, oh what can I do???

Hi @TheColor7. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Does your Razer Synapse 3.0 recognize your Razer Nari? Is your Razer Nari selected as your default headset under Razer Synapse 3.0? Also, does the same Sound Playback list of devices appears when your Razer Nari is connected via 3.5mm? Does the headset operate normally even though it is not correctly recognized by your computer? Does your Razer Nari appear in Device Manager while on 3.5mm or through its USB wireless transceiver? If it does, please uninstall and reinstall your Razer Nari driver and restart your PC and see if it helps.
