Nari keeps disconnecting and making cracking sounds

Hello, my 4 months old Razer Nari just started disconnecting all the time and keeps making these crackling sounds. It just started some days ago, after working completely normal for 4 months now. With the crackling noises its impossible to understand anything, audio is completely unusable. It only happens when connecting over the wireless dongle. I dont know what i can do to fix this. The things I've done: -Deinstalling/Reinstalling Synapse 3, to no avail -Deinstalling and reinstalling all razer software thats on my pc -Deinstalling/reinstalling all drivers which have to do with razer products -deleting all the razer registers -tried the dongle recovery software, also didnt do anything positive. Please help me, is i actually really like this headset, but as of right now, ill probably have to send it back or get another one. It is completely unusable.
