Nari ultimate audio cord replacement

Does anybody know where I can get a replacement audio cord for the razer nari ultimate, I've been using mine for a while mainly for my Xbox controller (I have the PC version of the nari) but suddenly it stopped working, as in it was making beeping noises and crunching when I plug it in, I would like either a solution to fix this, or somewhere to buy a replacement audio cord. Are you referring to the dongle cable or charging cable? Also, do you get the same results when on wired or wireless mode? Isolate the problem first by following the steps from this link. Should the behavior persists, send me a PM.
