Nari ultimate beeping...

Since I took them out of the box and installed them on my computer, when there is no sound, the left earphone emits a very annoying beep some solution?

    This beep is louad or it's more a quite and it only go from left side ? Also when this sound is after few seconds or minutes when is no sound or entire time ?

    The beep is all the time only when there is no sound becomes more annoying and only leaves the left earphone, when I connect the headphones with the sound cable this beep does not appear, I think it is when it connects to the wireless usb

    Can you cheack two things first connect headset to another pc to eliminate the issue on hardwere and the best will be when you get most of wirless devices off to eliminate interference data signal. Next you can try to create default profile with synapse 3 with factory settings to make sure something there is not cause the issue. Give me know when you cheack this :)
