Question

Nari Ultimate completely unresponsive after nothing

I turned it off, left for 5 min, came back and it doesn’t turn on. No light, no charging light, no detection in synapse. aux cable works but not through razer (can’t use mic). I’d also rather email. this asking through razer insider is stupid.

Maybe battery is completely dead.

if it was just dead it would charge and be detected by synapse, so no

Yes.

Dead =/= depleted battery.

Bruh, it’s not charging. and it would still be detected by synapse while plugged in, which it is NOT

anyways, I KNOW FOR A FACT that it was not dead before turning it off, so why <5 min later I come back after I turn it off to be completely unresponsive

Because most probably something happened with the battery itself? That’s why is not powering on, and not detected by Synapse (to be fully detected in Synapse you need to turn headset on, since you’re unable to turn it on - it’s also not detected).
