Nari Ultimate Disconnecting

Hi, I'm having the Nari Ultimate disconnecting issue. I installed and uninstalled Synapse 3 multiple times, even reinstalled windows. The headset keeps disconnecting randomly, its like it disappears from Synapse for a couple of seconds, and then reconnects. It may work ok for a day, or drive me crazy every few minutes. I tried to use it in another room, same issues. Is there a firmware or anything I can try before returning them? Thanks in advance
