I have been using this headset for several years and it has served me well. However, the other day it suddenly disconnected from my PC and I haven't been able to get it to work since. On the off chance I can get any computer in the house to recognize the dongle and have it “connect” with the headset. The second any audio is played it immediately disconnects. I have tried every bit of recovery software Razer has and I have reinstalled Synapse several times. I imagine the dongle is busted and I am very tempted to crack it open and see if there is even a chance I can fix. With how many forums I have found on this issue it is mildly frustrating that the only way to contact customer service about this is another forum post.
