I’ve used The Razer Nari Ultimate for over a year likely 2 and it had random issues early on but after awhile the random beeps and disconnects would become few and far between. Until the other day I was playing a game I had just purchased, for about an hour or so when randomly my Headphones disconnect not thinking too much about it I just continued to play the game with the speakers since they auto connected.
After the session I did quick trouble shooting to try to fix the issue such as Unplugging the dongle and plugging it back in trying each different USB port on my pc and still it wouldn't connect, it ended up appearing in other devices as some other name and when I unplugged the dongle and plugged it back in it disappeared.
The next day I tried again and even did all the steps that the razer website suggests I even tried it on a different pc. I tried the dongle repair tool and even the pairing devices tool.
Throughout trying to trouble shoot this problem I noticed that when I plug the dongle in it will sometime appear as my main audio device and other times it wont, it will often flash back and fourth between my speakers and headphones as the main audio device when plugged in without any sound ever playing through the headphones.
On both pc’s I tried to trouble shoot this it had the same results the dongle didn't seem to stay constantly connected although it was plugged in.
This persisted no matter the USB port I used, when I used the repair tool sometimes it will complete and show the device as connected but if I play any audio when the headphones are powered on it disconnects the device and the computer doesn't recognize it and the loop continues.
Has anyone had this as an issue and if so can anyone please give me advice or potentially different trouble shooting techniques not described here on the razer support pages.
