NARI ULTIMATE for ONE-EAR DEAF GAMER?

I'm amazed by the haptic feedback the headset have. I'm planning to buy one here in the Philippines. I'm just hesitant to buy one if it really or can support one-ear deaf gamer like me. Currently I'm using a SINGLE-SIDED earphone with no vibration feedback i couldnt feel and locate gunshots easily. I used to play FPS games with indicators like COD Warzone, APEX, PUBG LITE etc.

Now not most games do have indicators and accessibility for handicapped people like us. Will NARI ULTIMATE haptic feedback help me locate gunshots and footsteps as well?

Does the Software for this have MONO Sound while the Haptic Feedback works separately in Stereo? I'm deaf in one ear and i want to feel the gunshots by the haptic/vibrating feedback separately in my left and right side while in mono sound. Is this possible with the Nari Ultimate? Have developers looked into this for more support for people like us?

If this products is that really expensive and it has all the setup i need or finetuning i could do without buying any other sound equipments i will consider buying Nari Ultimate this week. Please respect my post and i need honest experience with the product especially for those hearing impaired gamers out there who have tried this. thanks in advance.
