Hi, can anyone tell me how I enable the mic monitoring on these please. I’ve tried holding down the chat balance wheel until I hear the tone but it does nothing. Do I need a dongle to adjust the monitoring through my laptop and Synapse. The monitoring on the chat mixer on the Series X is on zero and it won’t adjust. Surely there’s a way? Any help greatly appreciated thanks

    You can press and hold the game/chat balance dial. You'll hear a tone that indicates that the mic monitoring is enabled/disabled. You can check its Master Guide for more details. Should you have any other concerns, feel free to reach out to me. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
