Nari Ultimate for Xbox - Quiet Mic

I’ve seen a few posts about this issue, so I’m not hopeful there is a fix but hoping something has changed since those previous posts. I’ve recently been told by friends that my voice is very quiet when using these headphones. I’ve tried changing various settings but there has been no improvement. I have to position the mic so close to my mouth that I can hear my own breathe through the mic monitoring, although my friends can’t hear that. Has anyone found a fix to this? It appears even replacement devices likely have this issue.

    Do you mind sending me the serial number of the headset? I'd like to verify the model, so I know what we'll be working on. For now, test it on a PC or another console if possible, and I'd appreciate it if you can send me screenshots of your mic settings along with sample recordings. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
