Nari Ultimate - Low Whirring Sound in Wireless Mode

I purchased Nari Ultimate headphones this week and am getting a strange whirring noise when in wireless mode. This sound is quiet but constant. It does not matter if there is any sound being played from the computer. When I plug them in to a computer using the aux code this does not happen. I've tried 2 different computers and get the same results. Ideas on how to fix?

      This could easily be a pairing issue. PM me the serial number of your headset so I can give you the pairing utility.
