Nari Ultimate Mic issues on PS4

Hello, on my laptop, the headset works perfectly; mic is fine, audio is great. Both wireless and wired. On my PS4, the USB wireless tranceiver is a bit messed up, which is fine because I do not mind a wiered connection. However, when wired into my controller, the audio is fine, but the mic does not work at all and does not even register as a mic being plugged in. This happens both when they are "on" and "off". Can anyone help? Thanks
