Nari Ultimate - No sound

So I had this headset for about a week or two now and I had absolutely no problem with it until yesterday when the sound dropped. All my volumes are at 100% and I can hear, but it's this low whisper. I tried also with the AUX cable on my phone same thing. I tried pretty much all the stuff I could find online but it's still not fixed.

I'm writing here before going back to the store tomorrow in case I'm missing something !

If you already tried it on a phone using an AUX cable and got the same results, this is most likely a hardware issue. But to cover all possibilities, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so we can try to troubleshoot.
