Nari Ultimate not charging

Mine just started to have issues where it will not charge fully. If I leave my headset on and plug in my charge cable it took 4-5 attempts of plugging to get green battery charging icon For clarification, my red charging light is on, but the animated charge battery in synapse is not green and animated like it would be charging. The last time I actually toggled on/off for haptic in the synapse gui and the charging animation started.

    Hi there! Have you tried to reinstall Synapse to see if it helps? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.
