Hi! I’ve had this pair of nari ultimate for 3 or 4 years at least without any issues. Lately I’ve started to notice that the headphones struggle to charge: the last few months they needed to be charged for quite a lot of hours (8 or 9) to operate like normal. In these last few days this issue got worse: I’ve left the headphones charging for 2 days but still, when i turned them on they lasted for literally 15 minutes.
I don’t know what to think: I’ve tried different charging cables and nothing changed. The headphones seem to be charging since the red light stays on.
My warranty is expired, so i wanted to ask you guys if you had any ideas on where to get them repaired.
