Nari Ultimate NOT showing in Synapse 3?! | Razer Insider

Headset is not showing up in Synapse 3 after trying the following steps; Unplugging the dongle & plugging it back in, Updating Synapse 3, reinstalling synapse 3. plugging in my headset and trying the pairing utility app. I can hear everything fine, I just cannot access it or see it in the Synapse app. This started after getting the blackwidow 3 pro or whatever, i think. All help is appreciated. Haven't found a single thread about this problem or maybe it's hidden on google page 5 idk. This is my first thread so sorry if the format isn't correct but I wanted help asap. Thx
I had this problem and came here looking for help and found nothing, so I was trying to troubleshoot it myself, I found that I had to plug the dongle into a usb 3 slot, it didn't like the usb 2 slot. If you haven't tried that I recommend it, hope this helps in some way.
