Nari Ultimate not showing up in Synapse software


A few months ago i plugged my nari ultimates into a chromebook, and they havent worked right since. When I go to my razer profile on the web, they show up as registered, however, when i open up synapse, they dont appear there at all. I have no idea what the issue could be, however all i know is that it was caused by plugging the headphones into the chromebook.
