Nari Ultimate not working anymore

Hello so here my problem with my Nari Ultimate headset It doesn't show off anymore in my audio device so: 1- I tried to unistall and install Synapse 2- When I connect the dongle it says that it configure AVNER AV 6301 instead of razer nari ultimate 3- When I try to use the razer nari ultimate pairing utility (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/583) it says that headset need an update and when I launch the update it gives me an error message : The update has failed. Would you like to retry or cancel ? And that's all no explanation or error code why it failed. I tried this on 3 different computer and I have the same result each time (and restart a lot of time too +on each usb port on each computer). Please what can I do next ? The headset is not broken the problem seems to originate from dongle or pairing between dongle and headset or from pc and dongle.

Same problem here... Nari Ultimate always disconnecting on Synapse tried to uninstall/install tried to repair tried to pair with this pairing utility (At first it worked, but when I stopped my Pc and opened it the days after.... didn't work anymore :slightly_sad:. ) I only have this headset since Christmas and it is like that for a month or two now.. don't know what to do

@technoTulipalley928 @alestia26 @DarkWarlord1988 If your headsets have been detected as AVNER AV 6301 in the device manager, then there is a good chance that you have a faulty microcontroller.
