Nari Ultimate Sound and Mic issues

Hi everyone. Hope everyone doing great and healthy. I bought Nari Ultimate 2 days ago. But i am facing with weird issues. Firstly when i am talking with my friends on Discord they are always telling me that they are hearing themselves and the music i am playing at the background. (Sidetone and listen device option is disabled btw.) Other one is sound i am receiving from headset is kinda weird. Like it feels muffled and coming from away. I can see that might be happening because of my EQ settings or anything else but i tried a lot of EQ settings but nothing changed. About mic quality, i was using older kraken 7.1 chroma and comparing nari to kraken , mic is really worse than the other. And mic enhancement i am applying from synapse feels like not affecting. The things i tried to fix are like below. - I uninstalled everything about Razer from pc and re-installed synapse, - Plugged receiver to another port - Tried it on another PC but nothing changed Thanks for now. exact same problem with the newer kraken v3, i want my v1 back but the cable has a kink that disconnects sound... youre lucky you have wireless and dont hear the v3 cable louder than most game and music audio really its beautiful aesthetically but they clearly filled newer versions with cheap 5$ chinese sweatshop hardware also audio is 10% as crisp as my kraken v1... this should be illegal

    I really understand you... it is seriously frustrating experience to have. It is third day with 200 USD worth headset and i just realized it is defected. I was between nari ultimate and virtuoso. Probably i am going for virtuoso after this beautiful experience.

    Alright. So i've got something valuable now. I am using it in Wired mode and sound is freakin awesome. I can't try mic because i don't have a splitter. But i just made some settings on sound blaster cinema 2 and sound is way better than wireless mode. Pathetic.
