Nari Ultimate Stopped turning on suddenly

Hey all I just got Nari Ultimate headphones for my birthday at the beginning of April. I liked then and they were working well until this morning. I finished gaming and powered them off and put them down like normal, and when I came back a few hours later they wont turn on. I plugged them in and changed outlets and they wont even light up like they are charging. Any ideas of trouble shooting I can do? or a quick fix? Thank you
