Nari Ultimate, THX Spatial Surround, Base Station V2 Chroma (December 26th, 2020) | Razer Insider

I am on Windows 10 Home (Build 19041.685) running Razer Synapse Version 3.5.1215.121019

My Razer audio setup isn't working as described in the printed instructions.

In October, I received the Nari Ultimate headset as a gift and when installed at first, it worked exactly as described. It downloaded the THX Spatial - Synapse drivers and when that was selected as my audio output, the headphones worked. That stopped functioning once, but with some upgrades and restarts it resumed functioning without me ever knowing what went wrong.

Two days ago, I received the Razer Base Station V2 Chroma. When I first plugged it in, it lit up, but neither synapse or my computer's (2018 Razer Blade 15) audio settings detected it. After a couple of updates to synapse, the base station showed up in synapse, but was still not a selectable output option in Windows Sound Settings (The printer instructions say to select "razer Base Station V2 Chroma" as the default output device, but it has never appeared as an option and there are no instructions to download any drivers or other software.).

Now, when I select "Speakers (THX Spatial - Synapse)" as my output, no sound comes to my Nari Ultimate Headset, whether connected by bluetooth or via an AUX port (neither from the computer nor the Base Station).

I've run the Synapse Log Collector and here are the outputs:
