Nari Ultimate THX Spatial USB issues

I noticed that if I change which port the USB transceiver is plugged into the THX Spatial output no longer works. I had it originally plugged into the back of the PC, which was inconvenient when I wanted to take it and use it on my console. I re-arranged some things, added a usb3 hub, and freed up a usb3 port on the front of the PC. The only port that the THX Spatial will work on is the original, the game and chat outputs work on any port I try it on. I've rebooted with it in the front port, I've verified the front port is working correctly, all of the other devices work wherever I try them, so I've eliminated any bad ports. I can put it all back the way it was and it all works, I just find the behavior strange. If you have any suggestions, I 'd love to hear from you.
Thanks,
Kyle

Thanks for your response. I think I figured it out (or it magically fixed itself). I think the key was to press the SET AS DEFAULT button on the mixer tab with the transmitter plugged into the USB port I wanted it in.

Hey there. Thanks for posting your concern here. This is a common concern with desktops since the rear USB ports are connected directly to the computer motherboard. Also, connecting a device on USB 3.0 will get faster data transfer and adequate power. USB hub and extension could also be a factor why a device disconnects a lot and not getting the correct supply of power (mA). Should the issue persist on your working USB or to another computer, please send me a PM. I'll pick it up from there.
