Nari Ultimate - unable to install / recognize device

I have a Man o war 7.1 that works fine. Then i got this Nari Ultimate. Now, something I really dont want to is use it wireless. All i want to do is connect it, wired, and have it recognized correctly and working. I didnt buy it myself, someone gave it to me. So if you want to help me set it up as wireless, thanks, but thats not exactly what i want to do. Currently, I can only make it work by connecting it to the USB-P1 cable (or p2? im no pro), the same one that came with my Man o war. But Windows keeps "thinking" it's still Man o war. I have latest Synapse installed, and it's also unable to recognize the device when i plug it. I've tried a few different things, and it's really frustrating. I have no idea how to make it work properly. Any help on this issue is appreciated.

Synapse 3.0 breaks the driver for the USB wireless dongle on PC. Please try uninstalling the software and it will work as Headphones until they fix Synapse 3.0. Please report if the temporary fix works for you.

My old installers were deleted but I had a link in my browser downloads. Installing the old version has resolved the issue for me. If you don't have an old version of the Synapse 3 installer, you can download from Razer here: https://dl.razerzone.com/drivers/Synapse3/win//RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.0.148.188.exe Note: razerzone.com redirects to razer.com

well, thanks, I think. but I would prefer if you sent the link to the webpage, instead of the exe directly. you know, those silly things called malwares.

No worries, it's direct link to Razer server, it's safe.

Go to https://razerzone.com/ to see it redirects to https://www.razer.com/. Do a domain lookup to verify who own domain name razerzone.com and how long they have owned it. If it has been owned a long time, it is generally a good sign that it is legit.

It is messed up again and does not work. I've opened up a ticket with support and given up on this thing. It has been a huge waste of time.
