I'm an avid call of duty player and noticed the past few weeks the headset would randomly disconnect but then reconnect, today however it's disconnected and stayed that way. I'm not finding the USB dongle in device manager and I've ran the dongle recovery tool but it doesn't get past step 1.
Please can you advise and assist?
