Nari Ultimate weird buzzing in right earphone

I am having this issue where it buzzes on the right ear after around a minute of sound activation (games, musics). Very similar to this issue: /nari-ultimate-weird-buzzing-rattling-in-right-earphone-when-haptic-intensity-is-in-use.52861/ though once I turned the headphone off the buzzing sound would go off for a min or so and comes back in later on. Another observation is when its producing this buzz sound and I press on the power button (without turning off) for a quick few seconds or so, the buzz sound would quickly fades out but comes back in a few seconds later The other thing I have noticed is I kept hearing the minuscule buzzes where I presume the haptic engine gets activated prior to the constant buzzing sound too. I have uninstalled all the drivers and Razer Synapse related files. What should I do next?
