So ive had the headset for a month and since ive had it there has been a weird buzzing or rattling from the right earphone while the haptic intensity is turned on. it almost sounds like the part that makes the vibration itself is making the noise. also the volume control on the right side has started giving me a small static sound in the right earphone when turned down or up. What should i do?

Is there any way you can put this in a short clip? That way, we can get a better picture of what's going on. If it is indeed something that came loose from the inside, then I can help you look into your RMA options.

I am holding the headset in the air and nothing is touching it accept my hand and my phone is set on my desk not touching the headset. the first 48 seconds is the right side with the issue. The rest of the video is the left side. you can still hear the odd rattling on the left side but it is much less prominent. its only hear because the ear pieces are close together. i normally have the intensity set to 40 or 50 but for the phone to pick it up i set it to full. i do not have bass boost on in the video.

Thanks! That sounded like the haptic drivers came loose. Please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can verify the warranty status and help you start an RMA case.
