My Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless stopped working yesterday mid-game and it seems like the dongle is causing the issue. When I take out the dongle and put it back in, the connection is back but as soon as I turn on a video to test, a beep occurs and then the dongle loses complete connection with the pc.

I used the Nari Dongle Recovery Tool and the Razer Nari Ultimate Pairing Utility to try troubleshooting any other possibilities however, none worked.

Please help with this issue. Thank you.
