Nari Wireless Dongle Replacement

Dear Razer Support Team, My wireless dongle for Nari Headphones (regular Nari, not Essential, not Ultimate) is faulty. After a year of reliable experience, windows has reported it first as a malfunctioning USB device and then stopped seeing it in USB devices at all. I tried on multiple machines with no luck. Headphones on the other hand are working great in wired mode. I was looking for a way to buy a replacement, but shipping is US-only, and I'm in Germany. I would appreciate it if Razer could sell me a replacement dongle. Judging by the past forum threads, you would probably tell me to read the knowledge base and try - Reinstalling Synapse - Using pairing tool - Switching USB ports - Trying on another Windows machine - and so on... That wouldn't be cool, because I've tried all of that and many for so many times already. As I've said what would be cool is to get a working dongle for those expensive headphones that are as good as paperweight right now. Cheers
