Не работает гарнитура Blackshark V2 X

При подключении гарнитуры к ПК через 2 канала, которые никак не отличаются внешне(наушники и микрофон), гарнитура никак не работала и не работает до сих пор. Подключив к телефону гарнитуру - всё работает. В программе Synapse тупо не видит устройства. Что делать не знаю, отдавать ДНСовцам или просить помощи у кого-либо.

When connecting the headset to the PC via 2 channels that have no external meaning (headphones and microphone), the headset does not work at all and still does not work. I connected a headset to the phone - everything works. The Synapse program stupidly does not see the device. I don’t know what to do, give it to the DNS workers or ask someone for help.
