Hi . I bought already razer blackshark v2 pro and created id , but did not send me my activate code for using apps. Plz help me

    Please be informed that Razer BlackShark V2 Pro doesn't support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it has THX Spatial Audio integrated into your device. I suggest you follow the steps from this link to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones on Razer Synapse. I hope this helps.
