I purchased garena shells but I received only a 14 digit PIN but garena shop accepts 16 digit PIN.

    For Razer Gold concerns, please submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information such as proof of purchase and Razer Gold PIN/ Gift Card. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

    • Everything has to be a separate image.
    • Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
    • Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
    • Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
    • Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
