Need Activation Code for Headset.

Hi I need help. I've had a razer kraken for about 4 years now.



Never thought you needed to activate the software with a activation code to be able to use the surround sound of the headset. However I've thrown the box and receipt away and don't have the activation code. Can someone help me obtain a new one for my headset.

Let me verify the model of your headset first by sending me its serial number. If you're still eligible, I can submit a ticket request for one if necessary. I'll also your full name and phone number if we were to submit a ticket.
