Please Help me to use the 7.1 surround sounds features after I have tried to register the Product number it says it was already registered but I don't know by who I just got this item today.

Where did you purchase your Razer headset? Please check the scratch card included in the box for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. If the card is missing or the activatation code is already used, contact the reseller to request a replacement, as we cannot request a new activation code if the device is linked to a different account.
