Need help. Black shark V2 owners

So recently i started to use Dolby Atmos software and the problem is while setting it up i get an error like "could not be compatible with Razer usb sound" but when i direct plug in without the sound card it works fine. People are telling without the sound card you'll get less sound quality. I don't know which option to choose if somebody can let me about this
