My son purchased the Fortnite wired Blackwidow X keyboard. He has a MacBook the does not have a USB port so we use dongles. We were told to download Synapse 2 since that version supports MacBooks. The keyboard is being recognized by the computer as it lights up and will type in mail for example, but Synapse 2 keeps telling us to connect a Razer supported device. We tried to download the dongle pairing software but that only works on PC. What are we doing wrong?
