Hi all, I ordered a keyboard one week ago. I got the emails of received and shipping confirmation but when i enter the link to track my shipment via FedEx, it directs to another shipment. Thus, i guess Razer gave me wrong shipment ID. I already sent an email about this issue to Razer but 2 days later still get no response. I don't mind for waiting long as my location is in Australia but it is stressful to not know what's going on and where is my package rn. Can anyone give me any clue?
