Need Help please, Kraken X surround sound activation code

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I just bought Kraken X headset, downloaded the 7.1 surround sound software, but can't activate it. I did scratched the activation code card but ended up destroying it and now there are destroyed letters that I cant see. Can anyone please help?
