Need help registering warranty, and product not being recognised in Synapse 3.

To whom can help me,

I have recently purchased a Deathadder Essential Wired Gaming Mouse, and I have difficulty registering the warranty, because it says invalid serial number. I have tried numerous ways, changing 0 to O (letter), for both product and S/N, but it doesn’t work.

Additionally, my mouse is not recognised in Synapse 3. How do i fix the mentioned?

I understand that you're device is not detected in Razer Synapse 3. No worries, I can help you with that! Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue: Razer Synapse does not recognize or detect my Razer device.

Regarding the invalid serial number issue you're encountering, could you please send me a picture of your device showing the serial number? This will help me take a closer look.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for a possible warranty claim. You can upload the picture to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
