Need help to get new activation code for 7.1

i just got my cousin’s old headset. its razer kraken X Elite.

at first i saw that the activation code is used and thought that i could ask for a new one.

i went on the website and it asked for the serial number of the headset. After i tried to request for a new code.

They told me that my device is not eligible for a new code!

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO???

Once code is used, it’s bound to RazerID account. If the code was used, you cannot use the same code on another account or request another one.
