Need help updating Thresher for PS4

I got the download for new firmware (V50) for my Thresher for PS4. I got to the part where it asked to plug in the USB dongle, but nothing happen. I've tried downloading again. As well as restarting PC and Unplugging and re plugging the Dongle. Nothing has work and it's getting frustrating. It's been a royal pain to get a hold of Razer support. Any help would be appreciated.

    Please send me a short clip of what happens when you run the firmware updater. You can upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. By the way, are you experiencing any issues with the headset prompting you to upgrade the firmware version? I'd appreciate it if you can share the serial number as well. That way, I can verify the model, then check if the firmware is compatible with the variant. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
