Last night my Raptor monitor was working fine and looking real pretty. This morning...the lights were no longer synced and Windows and Synapse no longer recognize the monitor. All that shows up is "Generic PnP Monitor". This is NOT a Generic PnP Monitor. It's a Razer Raptor . Not even the model number shows up. Any ideas, people? I've been trying to figure this out all day but I'm stumped.

SOLVED!! I had all but given up and decided on a whim to try these steps:
1. Turn off the monitor.
2. Unplug the monitor from the outlet for about 30 seconds.
3. Plug the monitor back into the outlet.
4. Turn on the display using the joystick on the back.
5. Unplug the USB-C connector from the gpu.
6. Plug the USB-C connector back into the gpu.
7. Listen for audio cue from Windows.
After step 7, Synapse should then recognize the "new" device that was plugged in and prompt an update, after which you should be able to control your peripheral properly through the app. If you find yourself stuck in an equally frustrating situation, maybe this will help!
