i keep looking through out razer support and how to contact them and i just cant find out how i moved to a new country and lost my old number and i cant change my old number to my new one i just need help on how to do it

I been trying to get a laptop from you but I don't have a job or money and I'm trying to get a YouTuber and twitch account so I can stream and play game but my xbox can't do all that so I was wondering if I can get a gameing laptop for free from you
