So recently I made the mistake of trying to plug in the charger in my Blackshark the wrong way and effectively pushed in the entire socket. In an attempt to try and fix this, I removed the cushioning. To my surprise there are no screws at all. I’ve seen multiple videos of people doing maintenance on similar blacksharks to mine and they all have 4 phillips no.1 screws to access the guts of it.
Some additional information that might prove useful:
The place where the screws are supposed to be have been replaced with what looks like plastic
I am uncertain of the year my model was released, but it is all black and has micro-usb charging
The unique code strip at the top has been worn down and is unreadable
Question
Need help with getting into Blackshark Pro wireless headset
