need help with Hanbo Chroma AIO

I just bought this. I installed it per instructions but I have a few problems: 1. The chroma doesn't light up. Not on the 3 fans and not on the AIO itself. I figured if the AIO is getting power, initially on first setup, it would just give me that rainbow color effect, but I have no lights at all. 2. the 3 pin CPU fan. When I connect that, the motherboard says it can't detect fan speed. I figure maybe this is because it's 3 pin instead of 4. Can anyone verify? 3. I have these synapse notifications on the side of the windows desktop saying various things like the number of fans doesn't match, the fan doesn't have power (even though I have connected the SATA cable to the power supply and the fans are in fact running. TIA for any help or advice.

I do apologize that you've got to experience this issue with the initial setup of your Razer Hanbo Chroma AIO. It's commendable that you provided me with a concrete explanation, but I'd like to take a closer look at this issue. First, can you please send me a video of your current setup so I'd know where we currently stand? Also, what is the model of your motherboard? Let's take this conversation through PM so I can better assist you. You may upload the video to your Google Drive, copy the link, and include it in your message. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
