Dear Razer staff,
unfortunately I have a problem with my Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition (the Mouse 3 button does not work properly anymore and only actuate 50% of the time I press it) but I cannot find the E-Mail with OrderID and Invoice anymore to start the RMA process.
I think I did a guest checkout cause I did not wanna lose time during the stressful drop so I cannot find it in my Razer account either.
Is there a way for you to help me, if I only know the E-Mail and Paypal Account used in the transaction or the shipping Address?
What is the best way/support department to ask?
