Need help with my Razer Ouroboros
I need help with my Razer Ouroboros.
I loss my wireless unit, so i can use wired only.
The problem come now, when i unplug it from my Laptop, the mouse lighting is bright, but when i plug it, the mouse is not detected by my Laptop.
I try it in 4 different Laptop too, the result is same
any one can help me?

+1Not detected? When you plug or unplug your mouse from computer, you don't hear the connect/disconnect sound?
I dont hear anything about plugin/out sound.
I set my touchpad if mouse detected, butbut its not disabled and keep working.
Test with other mouse, and it work

I try to plug to smartphone charger, but it doesnt work too.
I dont have smartphone eith same usb type with Ouroboros cable, so i cant try the cable
+1pulseOrangeRedJASPER698Try another cable if possible, it's the cheapest thing to replace, and it's the most vulnerable to damage. Connecting to charger won't test anything if cable is broken.
