Need help with my Razer Ouroboros

I need help with my Razer Ouroboros. I loss my wireless unit, so i can use wired only. The problem come now, when i unplug it from my Laptop, the mouse lighting is bright, but when i plug it, the mouse is not detected by my Laptop. I try it in 4 different Laptop too, the result is same any one can help me?

    Not detected? When you plug or unplug your mouse from computer, you don't hear the connect/disconnect sound?

    I dont hear anything about plugin/out sound. I set my touchpad if mouse detected, butbut its not disabled and keep working. Test with other mouse, and it work

    If you plug for eg. smartphone to the ouroboros cable - it will works (charge etc)?

    I try to plug to smartphone charger, but it doesnt work too. I dont have smartphone eith same usb type with Ouroboros cable, so i cant try the cable

    Try another cable if possible, it's the cheapest thing to replace, and it's the most vulnerable to damage. Connecting to charger won't test anything if cable is broken.
