Need help with razer kraken audio on ps4

Just got my razer kraken today but when I plugged it into my ps4 controller the audio quality sounded very poor but when I tried it on my phone and laptop the audio was completely fine. Please help me as I have no idea why this isn't working I have tried cleaning everything but it's still doesn't work either.
